Who are we?
We are Gwyl Crime Cymru Festival (GCCF) is a part of Crime Cymru, the Wales Writers Collective. Crime Cymru formed in 2016, the festival idea in 2019.
GCCF is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The following policies are only in effect for the web pages, newsletters, discussion lists and opt-in announcement lists owned and operated by GCCF.

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you purchase tickets, subscribe to our one of our services, contact us about products, make a donation, or if you register to receive one of our email newsletters.

If you purchase a product from us your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. GCCF does not store any credit card or banking details on our website.

- send you communications which you have requested;
- process a donation that you have made;
- create a subscription to a service we provide;
- to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us;
- deal with entries into a competition;

GCCF exercises every precaution to ensure the security of data transmissions from the user’s PC to our servers and stored information. Where sensitive information like credit card details or financial information is transmitted, it is done so using SSL encryption. Access to stored information is password protected and every attempt will be made to ensure that these passwords are only known to GCCF personnel and trusted third parties (website developers and the Internet Service Provider) who are authorised by us.
Unfortunately, no data transmission or stored information is 100% secure. Thus, whilst GCCF strives to protect user’s information as far as possible, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that the user transmits to us.
